Auracab" SECURITY HEAT PROOF Cables are intended primarily for applications in:

Area where there are crowds of people and limited escape routes e.g. High Rise Building, Departmental Stores, Theaters, Hotels, Hospitals, Public Transportation Systems.

  • Area with high assert-value concentrations, e.g., Power Plants, Industrial Plants, Computer Centre, Airports.
  • Area requiring reliability e.g., Control Rooms, Alarm Systems Military Installations.

TEFLON-PTFE CABLES

"Auracab" PTFE (Poly Tetra Fluro Ethylene) is most highly resistant polymer which has been used by power plant, e.g. Industrial Plants, Computer Centre, Airports, High rise Building, Theaters, Hospital Control rooms, Fire alarm systems, Military applications and many other places, where extreme high and low temperature requires and chemical vapours liquids would render other useles. They have a very long service life with minimal insulation thickness. The excellent dielectric properties of PTFE render it ideal for cable insulation.

CHARACTERISTICS:

- Dielectric Constant - 2.2 with rage 0Hz to 109 Hz - Water Absorption : < 0.04% and also resistance to weather, ozone, acids, alkalis, solvents, synthetic liquids and oils.

Description :

Stranded high conductivity electrolytic grade annealed plain/nickel silver plated copper conductor, core insulated with fused & sintered PTFE (with various workng voltage grade - like E-600V and EE-100 Volts). Other constructions are similar as in PVC cables, but in these cable armouring will be of S.S. wire mesh, instead of round wire and flat strip.
